Change happens as we begin a journey of remembering that we are love, and we CAN choose DIVINE LOVE. I had forgotten this. I know what it is to feel disconnected and lost, living a busy life with no time to stop and connect with myself. I know what it’s like trying to make the best decisions for my life yet always perpetuating the same outcomes.

In not seeing myself and loving myself as I now know I am worthy of, my Soul had become eroded from my inner critical voice, controlling influences in my life which I had allowed and my own poor boundaries. I looked outwards for the answers, but they were not there.

As I began to look inwards for the answers and connect with my own divine inner wisdom and guidance in the present moment, I began the fulfilling journey of creating my life in alignment with my soul. Now, I am able to BE fully present in my life in my evolving truth. With this empowered perspective, every day is a day of growth and making choices using the direction of my own inner compass, which creates abundance in my life and a perspective I hadn't been aware of before.

After a successful, often challenging, but rewarding career in education, I made one of the most empowering choices of my life. I followed my own inner guidance to heal, claim back my inner power, my sovereignty, and unlock my Divine gifts. I then made another soul-aligned choice to develop myself and create successful and empowering ways to hold space for you on your unique journey of Ascension.

I am traveling on this journey with you. Whether I hold sacred space for you within a more personal one-to-one setting, or in a group. In the Collective of Love and Circles of One Love, we gather together both online and at face-to-face gatherings at sacred sites.

As a multidimensional channel and Divine love activator, I assist you in activating your deepest degree of divine love, a remembrance of who you are at soul level, channeling the energies and guidance to support you on your journey. The spaces I hold also help you to integrate the inner wisdom of your soul into your daily life, empowering yourself from your own inner compass.

The huge success of the course I created, A Journaling Journey Through Ascension, led to me writing the book, A Journaling Journey Through Ascension, which is a guide and toolkit for your connection with your inner guidance, self-mastery and your own evolutionary journey.

We really are ONE, and we are traveling on this journey together. I look forward to traveling with you and holding sacred space for you on this evolutionary journey of Ascension. Everything starts from within and can be manifested in your life without.

A little bit more about me…

I 'trained' with Mia Kafkios as a Therapist of The New World in Life Coaching, Energy Healing, Channeling and Activating. This was a remembrance of who I am, my gifts and my purpose. As a multidimentional channel and cosmic energy exchanger, I channel Divine energies through colour, both in meditations and in the artwork, Soul Frequency Art. 

It was  a very happy day when I was the number one BEST SELLING author of A Journaling Journey Through Ascension, and I was honoured when Soul Ascension with Kathryn Carman was recognised for why it has been created and won an award at the Business Ascension Awards 2025/26.

I am also a Soul Realignment Practitioner and an Inner Dance Practitioner. Soul Realignment is a modality which is an in depth Akashic Reading and clearing to support you in creating your life in alignment with your soul. 

My life has changed so much by stopping, looking within and listening to my inner wisdom. I wouldn't have believed it could be like this ten years ago! Now, I just feel blessed and happy to share this journey with you.
